Only few years ago I stated that we aim to position ourselves as a worldwide leading player in the field of digital-content management systems, through global distributions of our technology and abilities. Well, it looks like we are on the right track. We have extended our competitive advantage, while investing in growth, and our financial performance is accelerating.

mBox celebrated recently seven years to its establishment. In a short time, we have created a significant presence in the digital-content market, developed unique technology and have become leading service providers – and ever since the beginning of our operation we have been a lucrative company whose incomes are growing and is still on its outset. We have been successful in foreseeing the future and understanding the increasing importance of the digital-content domain for the fields of internet, television and cellular communication.

Thus far, the achievements of mBox may be credited primarily to the team we have created, consisting of enthusiastic employees from all disciplines – development and technology individuals, content experts, marketing individuals, administrative staff and a nucleus of experienced founders that envisioned the idea and directed the company vision. However, we are merely on the outset.

mBox has gained its position as leading player in the Israeli field of digital content supplying aggregation services and is gradually expanding its operations abroad.

Our success in the realization of these objectives may be evaluated from quarter to quarter and from year to year, among others, by estimation of the quantity and scope of content, technology and content-management product sales to our customers and different establishments in Israel and abroad, examination of customer satisfaction, as evident, for example, in agreement-renewal ratio with existing customers, and of course in company profitability.

More than ever, I believe that mBox will continue its growth in the coming years, in the field of services and content aggregation – as well as in the field of our unique content-management platform and content-consumption products. We plan to focus to increase the number of content operators and quantity, to produce original contents and expand our collaboration with cellular operators, web site operators, television cable and satellite networks and different international organizations. In parallel, we plan to focus on selling platform-use licenses to international corporations along with continuous development of our management and consumption platforms.
